Get up and Grow have been funded by the European union to deliver a Gardening short course 'Lets get Growing'. sessions run each week.

Get up and Grow are excited to have been awarded funding from RBH to develop a Carry on Gardening Project in Rochdale. Details to be confirmed following consultation
Kick start
Get up and Grow are running a series of online taster session with Kick start - Rochdale community catalyst limited places available.

Get up and grow have been awarded funding by Greater Manchester Walking Festival To take people on a series of nature based walks in the local parks in Oldham and Rochdale, free resources to connect to nature have been developed:

Every Wednesday, 10.30 - 11.30am. The Little GEM (Grow, Eat, Move) Project. The
Sessions include nature based crafts, flower and vegetable growing projects (weather dependent!).
