Get up and Grow is a new social enterprise operating in the Greater Manchester area. It was founded by Hayley Watson and Michelle Garrity.
Hayley is a qualified Youth and Community worker and a trained horticulturlist. She also has qualifications and experience in horticultural therapy and forestry school skills.
Michelle Garrity is a qualified horticulturist and Social and Therapeutic Horticulture Practitioner. She is also a consultant on therapeutic garden design.
Both have experience of working with various clients including adults with SEN, adults recovering from mental ill health as well as delivering workshops and nature based activities to older and younger people at workshops and in schools.
