​Get up and Grow is a new social enterprise operating in the Greater Manchester area. It was founded by Hayley Watson and Michelle Garrity. 

Hayley is a qualified Youth and Community worker and a trained horticulturalist. She also has qualifications and experience as a Social and Therapeutic Horticultural Practitioner and forestry school skills.

Get up and Grow have experience of working with various clients including adults with SEN, adults recovering from mental ill health as well as delivering workshops and nature based activities to older and younger people at workshops and in schools.
